Karma and Kindness
I saw this posted on Facebook a few weeks ago and it has really stuck with me. I’m a firm believer in “be nice to everyone” and I’m a firm believer in karma. This could lead to a deep discussion and I’d love to hear what others think about this “what goes around, comes around” thing, but I’ll spare my preaching in this post. For me, the saying says it all.
Now if you find yourself in a surly mood and you haven’t been as nice as you could be to everyone you’ve encountered today, I’d like to share with you Kindnessgirl, aka Patience Salgado. She is all about the good deed, the happy thought, the spreading of joyfulness. And on her site she’ll give you some ideas about how you can bring your karma back on track.
Ms. Selgado also sponsors a little site called Swearing is Caring. Perhaps the potty mouth has escaped your reins today (or every day for some of us; names omitted to be kind to myself). You can head toswearingiscaring.com and drop some coin in the virtual swear jar. All donations go to charity. And I’m heading there now because I used the “b” word in this post.
What about you? Do you believe in karma?
